Information on our COVID-19 Response
Our team is committed to responding in a timely manner to keep our community safe and supported.
Support Your Way is continuing essential supports which means services that you need to get through your day. These include, domestic support and in-home care.
We urge that all participants and support workers practice social distancing where possible and to make sure there is plenty of personal protective equipment (ppe) available at all times.
KEEPING OUR CLIENTS, SUPPORT WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES SAFE
We must all work together to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19. Our clients, support workers and their families might be at a heightened risk. Please work with us to keep everyone safe by following these simple steps:
Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
Cough or sneeze into a tissue, then dispose of it. If a tissue is not available, cough or sneeze into your elbow
Maintain a social distance, staying 1.5 metres away from people where possible
