Questions we hear all the time
Do I need to be plan-managed or self-managed?
Either works. We also accept NDIA-managed plans for registered services. We'll talk you through what fits.
Can I keep my current support workers?
Often, yes. If you're moving providers, we'll talk with you about how to keep the people who already work for you.
What if a worker isn't a good fit?
Tell us. We'll rematch you — without drama or delay.
How fast can you start?
Most participants are matched and rostered within 1–2 weeks. We'll always be upfront about timing.
