Over the past few months, Support Your Way has had a significant number of support workers apply to join our community. We complete thorough reviews of each application which means it may take some time for us to assess and progress your application.


What support can I provide through Support Your Way?

Support Your Way offers a range of services - though we specialise in personal care and community acccess supports.  

We are flexible, so the type of support you provide can be up to you.

Pre-employment Checks

  • Resume

  • Two referees

  • 100 points of ID (Drivers license or passport)

  • Police Criminal Record Check (within the last 12 months)

  • CPR and/or First Aid Qualification

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

  • Work with Children Check and/or other relevant state-based checks

How do I get paid?

Support Your Way will pay you fortnightly and take care of super and tax contributions.
