WHEN WILL YOU LAUNCH the groupa app? HOW DO I SIGN UP?

We're just in our final stages of testing and will be launching our app to the public in July 2022.

To sign up early, contact us and our team will reach out to get you onboarded as one of the first people when Groupa goes live.  

DO I NEED THE APP TO ORGANISE MY SUPPORT?

No, we will still be able to support participants who don't want to use the app. You can get in touch with one of our team who will be able to book you into activities or individual support as you need it. 

DOES GROUPA ONLY LIST GROUP ACTIVITIES?

Groupa lists all kinds of support from personal care, community access, skill development and group activities. If you're looking for something in particular, please get in touch with our team and we will do our best to support your needs.

WHAT'S A FACILITATOR AND HOW DO THEY GET PAID?

A facilitator is a person that is responsible for organising a group activity. They get paid 5% of the total service for their work.

Facilitators can be participants, support workers, third party organisations, guardians or coordinators.

WHAT if I'm experiencing issues with the app or a supporter?

We do our best to screen and select our users, and make sure we are only taking on the best types of supporters that will support you.

 

Our app also has strong alert and incident reporting features as well as a support team on hand just in case something goes wrong during your support.
