Support Your Way has created a simple form that can be filled out by those interested in joining our team. This form will give us a little bit of information about you and what you are looking for. Our team will get in contact with submissions within 24 hours and organise an online interview. The interview will verify your pre-employment checks and also help us and you understand the next steps of employment.

After this, you will have an orientation period and will be provided with ongoing relevant training opportunities through a person-centred approach. Some of the items covered in the orientation period are working with participants, work health and safety, manual handling, fire and safety procedures, emergency participant procedures, infection control, hand washing and safe food handling. You will also be given full access to company policies and procedures and time to read them including complaints and feedback, cultural competence, support planning and management and participant’s rights.
